Open the App
Launch the Follow Pay app on your Android device and sign in to the account you wish to delete.
Note Your Email
Open your profile and confirm the email address registered to your account. You must email us from this same address.
Send Deletion Email
Email FollowPayOfficial@gmail.com from your registered address. Use the button below to open a pre-filled message.
Use the Correct Subject
Set the subject line to: Follow Pay Account Deletion Request
Confirm Details
Include your account email, username if known, and a clear statement that you want permanent deletion of your account and data.
