Community Guidelines
FollowPay is built on mutual trust. These guidelines exist to keep our platform safe, fair, and rewarding for every participant — whether you're completing tasks, sponsoring campaigns, or chatting with fellow users.
1. Core Principles
- Be honest: Complete tasks you actually performed. Never fake engagement or use bots.
- Be respectful: Treat every user with dignity regardless of background or country.
- Be safe: Never share personal information publicly or pressure others into financial decisions.
- Follow the law: All activity must comply with your local jurisdiction and the terms of any third-party platform you use.
2. Task Rules
- Tasks must represent genuine social activity on a platform you own or control (following, subscribing, liking, etc.).
- Automation is prohibited — no bots, auto-clickers, emulators, or scripted accounts to complete or create tasks.
- Task creators must not require users to post harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
- Do not create tasks designed to artificially inflate engagement metrics in violation of third-party platform terms.
- Spam-posting tasks for the same content repeatedly is not allowed.
3. Wallet & Earnings Rules
- No self-referrals: Creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses is fraud.
- No wash trading: Sending diamonds between your own accounts or coordinating fake transfers is prohibited.
- Do not share your account credentials with others for the purpose of sharing diamond balances.
- Suspicious activity may result in balance holds, account review, or permanent bans.
4. Messaging Rules
- Use Direct Messages for legitimate communication — coordination, support, social chat.
- Do not send: spam, chain messages, financial scams, phishing links, or unsolicited promotions.
- Harassment of any kind — persistent unwanted contact, insults, threats — will result in immediate account suspension.
- Respect the message privacy settings of other users. If someone has disabled messages, do not attempt to circumvent this.
- Disclosing another user's private information (doxxing) is a permanent ban offence.
5. Content Standards
The following content is strictly prohibited across all parts of the platform:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — immediate ban and legal reporting.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or FollowPay staff.
- Malware distribution or phishing attempts.
- Any content that violates the rights of third parties (copyright, privacy, etc.).
6. Reporting & Enforcement
When you report a user or conversation:
- Our moderation team reviews all reports — typically within 2–5 business days.
- Violations may result in warnings, task removal, balance forfeit, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.
- Repeated minor violations will lead to escalating enforcement.
- We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

7. Appeals
If you believe your account was actioned in error, email FollowPayOfficial@gmail.com with your User ID and a description of the situation. We review all appeals within 5 business days.
