Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using FollowPay, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Agreement

This document governs your access to and use of the Follow Pay mobile application and any related websites, services, or servers. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have parent/guardian permission where required by law.
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in your country.
You must not use the app if you are barred from receiving services under applicable jurisdiction.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including Firebase Authentication and Google sign-in where used.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse rewards. Sybil activity is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency (Diamonds)

Diamonds are a limited, revocable in-app license to use FollowPay features. They are a virtual in-app currency for use inside FollowPay only.
Diamonds are not legal tender, cash, securities, stored-value instruments for external payout, or traditional bank deposits.
Diamonds have no cash value outside the app. They are not withdrawable, not redeemable for money or cryptocurrency, and not exchangeable for any external payout.
Diamonds obtained by purchase, crypto top-up (if offered), tasks, referrals, Scratch to Win, or other in-app activity may be spent on available FollowPay features (for example tasks, tips, gifts, and similar spending). Rules for specific reward types may apply as stated in the app or Privacy Policy.
We may change diamond prices, earning rates, task rewards, fees, package contents, or feature costs at any time with notice where reasonable.
Fraudulent earning or purchase abuse (bots, fake accounts, task manipulation, purchase fraud) may result in forfeiture of diamonds and account termination.

5. Tasks & Rewards

Tasks may require linking social accounts you control (such as Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
You must complete tasks honestly. Fake completion, automation, or circumvention is strictly prohibited.
Task creators must comply with the rules and terms of third-party platforms.
We may remove tasks or withhold rewards if we detect abuse.

6. Diamond Top-Ups & Purchases

6.1 Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)

You may purchase digital diamond packages through Google Play Billing using payment methods available in Google Play (including card where Google offers it).
Purchases are processed by Google. FollowPay does not receive or store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials.
After Google confirms a valid purchase, we credit the corresponding diamonds to your FollowPay wallet.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play’s refund and purchase policies. Request refunds through Google Play / your Google account unless Google directs otherwise. FollowPay does not independently process card refunds for Play Billing purchases.

6.2 Cryptocurrency top-ups (if offered)

If cryptocurrency deposits are available in the app or on the site, they are processed by a third-party crypto payment provider.
Crypto transactions may be irreversible due to blockchain network rules. You are responsible for using the correct address, network, and amount shown in the official deposit flow.
Diamonds credited from a successful crypto top-up are for in-app use only and are not withdrawable.

Short policy: Diamonds are virtual credits for use inside FollowPay only. There is no cash-out, bank payout, or diamond-to-money redemption.

7. Transfers Between Users

You may transfer diamonds to other users in-app where the feature is available, at your own risk.
Transfers and tips are generally final and irreversible. Verify the recipient before sending.
In-app transfers do not convert diamonds into withdrawable cash or crypto.

8. Referral Program

Referral bonuses and rewards are subject to program rules shown in the app and may change at any time.
Referral rewards, if any, are in-app diamonds or other in-app benefits only—not cash payouts.
Referral abuse (self-referrals, bot accounts) is prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

9. Messaging & User Content

Users may send direct text messages to each other subject to privacy settings.
You are solely responsible for content you send.
Prohibited content includes: harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, sexual content involving minors, illegal activity, malware links, and impersonation.
Use the Block and Report tools in-app for abuse. See our Community Guidelines.
Vanish mode messages are ephemeral by design but may still be subject to moderation if reported by a participant.
We may review reported content and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

FollowPay Social includes features such as posts, stories, comments, likes, reposts, tips, follows, mentions, and related profile content.
You own your content, but by posting or uploading you grant FollowPay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate and promote the service (including public share links where applicable).
You must not post illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive user-generated content. We may remove or hide content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Tips and diamond transfers made through Social or messaging features are generally final.
Stories expire according to in-app rules. Posts may be deleted by you (where the product allows) or removed by moderation.
Public share links may make certain profile or post information viewable outside the app. Do not post content you are not willing to have associated with your account.

11. Advertising

The app may show ads via Google Mobile Ads. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we do not endorse the services advertised.

12. Intellectual Property

FollowPay name, logo, source code, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer them. Your own Social posts remain yours subject to the license in Section 10.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate laws or third-party platform terms.
Cheat tasks, manipulate rewards, or use bots.
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
Spam Social feeds, fake engagement, or abuse tips/reports.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Collect other users’ data without consent.
Abuse purchases, refunds, or payment systems, or misrepresent diamond value as cash.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion per our Account Deletion page. Unused diamonds have no cash value and are forfeited on deletion except as required by law or Google Play policy for eligible Play purchases.

15. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR ANY MONETARY VALUE OF DIAMONDS OUTSIDE THE APP.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOWPAY AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FollowPay and its operators against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app, content you post, or violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the app operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be sent to FollowPayOfficial@gmail.com.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check the effective date above.
